Job Title: Service Advisor
Department: Service
Reports To: Service Manager
Job Summary – This position is responsible for assisting customer with maintenance and service needs. While maintaining open and transparent communication with customers and following the company’s policies and procedures.
Job Duties
- Coordinate all service and repair activities for customer vehicles.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and answering inquiries.
- Greet customers, assess service needs, and guide them through the service process.
- Provide expert recommendations on necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with customers, keeping them informed throughout the service and repair process.
- Strictly adhere to the estimate and approval process for all work being recommended and/or completed.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure accurate and timely completion of repairs.
- Have an understanding of vehicles maintenance needs as indicated by the manufacturers schedule for services.
Requirements
- Excellent ability to read, comprehend, write, and speak English.
- Ability to perform intermediate math.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated within the framework of a team.
- Positive interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to display initiative, work with limited supervision and follow instructions within the framework of a team.
- Exhibit excellent attention to detail and commitment.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work with diverse cultures and teams in a friendly, productive manner.
- Must be able to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer competency required at an intermediate level or higher.
- Automotive Manufacturer Training
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma and/or Automotive Technical Certification.
- 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Salary Range KYD $750.00 - $850.00
